A 60–90 minute presentation that explains the Creighton Model System.
You’ll learn the basics of how fertility works, how the charting system works, and why it’s reliable.
You’ll receive your starter materials and get set up to begin observing and charting right away.
No personal information is shared during this session—just an overview and education.
Cost- $140 (includes all charting materials plus Follow-Up 1)
One-on-one meetings (about 60 minutes at first, then shorter over time) with your Practitioner.
Review your personal chart together, answer questions, and make sure you feel confident in your observations.
Learn new aspects of the system step by step, building on your knowledge.
Your Practitioner will provide ongoing guidance and support as you grow more comfortable and accurate in charting.
Cost- $45/per session
30 minute virtual chat with your Practitioner to share about your period.
A quick discussion of goals you hope to achieve while using the CrMS.
Not a required step but good for those who need further information before beginning with CrMS.
Cost- $15
Over the course of the first year, most clients attend 8 follow-ups, spaced closer together at the start and then farther apart as you become more confident. After booking an email with payment details will be sent before each appointment, payment is due within 24 hours of the appointment time. All cancellations and appointment rescheduling needs are to be done 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
